Ephesus Park Mixed Doubles Social 6-9pm

Everyone welcome. But play emphasis will be on mixed doubles.  At around 7:30pm those who want can all meet at the Time-Out Sports Grill for drinks and eats. Time-Out is located at the intersection of Ephesus Church Road and Hwy 15-501, right beside University Inn. Get a discount on your food purchase if you’re with our pickleball group. Large tables and huge rooms coupled with an excellent A/V system Make Time-Out a winner for socializing with your PB friends after the game. Indoor and Outdoor seating available. Come join us!

Bring your own paddle.  Your own balls are suggested.  Restrooms are available except during the Winter months when a porta potty is provided. A water fountain is available but is turned off during the Winter. So bringing your own water bottle is suggested. 4 benches are provided but you might want to bring your own chair for seating.

Court Rules

When all courts are full and players are waiting to play individuals should queue up by placing their paddles in the paddle saddles that are attached to the fence. (Or may use some other equitable sign-up system.)  Players on the court should play one game to 11, then come off after the game ends, being replaced by the next four players waiting to play. Single games are not permitted when courts are full and individuals  are waiting to play. During certain times of the week the courts may be reserved for scheduled activities.

No beverages other than water are allowed on the courts. Alcohol is strictly forbidden on any city property. Music is permitted. But must be muted, respectful and limited to a single source located near the front entry fence. Dogs are not permitted within the fenced-in areas of Ephesus Park.
