Folks,
We have completed counting the votes for the steering committee elections. First, thanks to all the candidates who chose to run for a seat on the steering committee. We had 9 nominees, of which 3 chose not to run. The six that stood for elections provided written statements, and were all excellent candidates. For those not elected this time, we hope you’ll consider running again in the future.

There were 107 votes cast. All candidates received a good deal of support. The three candidates receiving the most votes, are elected to serve on the steering committee. They are Gracia Berry, Dennis Caren, and Jen Johnson. Congratulations to them, and we welcome them to the steering committee.
